    Associate Fellow AIAA, member since 1942; BS MIT 1945; MBA Long Island University 1976; Lt. (j.g.) US Navy WW II and Korea.
    Joined Reaction Motors Inc. in 1947. Highlights included research of high-energy liquid rocket propellants and rocket motors and development of rocket engine systems for aircraft, missile and space endeavors. These included X-l, X-15, D-558, XF-91 aircraft; Bullpup, Condor missiles; Surveyor Lunar Lander.
    Joined Grumman Aerospace Corporation in 1969. Assistant Program Manager for development of Advanced Versions of F-14 aircraft for reconnaissance and strike operations. Subsequently became a Corporate New Venture Business Analyst.
    Additional aerospace experience included research in utilizing liquid propellant rocket motors for drilling hard rock and Vice President of Systems Engineering Inc. a consulting engineering company.
    Collaborated with Charles Fletcher in the development and initial flight tests of the first Successful hovercraft. Kircher's movies of the initial flights provided the proof of USA's position as inventor.
    Numerous patents related to aerospace including rocket engine designs, missile systems, valves, tankage design, and optical fibers.
