BS in Aeronautical Engineering and BS in Geological Sciences at University of Washington in June 1978; MBA in June 1983 at Pepperdine University; Naval command and staff Post-Graduate in June 1990; Masters in Aerospace Engineering, February 1996 at University of Lisboa-IST.
