Mr. Mugan has had a life long interest in aviation. He has been associated with the Twin City Aero Historians (TCAH) for 40 years. During this time he served multiple terms as President and has been the contest/ convention chairman. While serving in these positions. He raised aviation the Twin Cities metropolitan area consciousness to a much higher level. Mr. Mugan’s interests range from the early days of aviation to the present. He has authored numerous articles and has appeared in publications such as Fine Scale Modeler and 1001 Model Airplane Ideas. As a modeler his skills are outstanding and he brings a truly artistic touch to his craft. Mr. Mugan has been associated with the MN National Ai Guard Museum and has fostered and aided their many aviation displays and education programs.
