Born in 1909, Jack Diamond followed the development of aviation throughout its earliest years. Jack Diamond served in World War II as a Lockheed Lightning P-38 pilot of the Army Air Corps and received numerous decorations of service. He passed his love of aviation onto all he met and his son.
