1934-2013. Phil served a 30 year career in the USAF. He flew many different aircraft including the PA-18, T-6, T-33, F-86, F-100 (3600 hours), T-39, A-7, A-10, and C-12. He served two assigments in Vietnam, 190 combat missions, and was awarded two Distinguished Flying Crosses, and the Air Medal with 11 Oak Leaf Clusters.
