Jack R Macaulay graduated from Penn State University in aeronautical engineering. He was employed originally by North American Aviation which through a series of mergers and sales became North American Rockwell, and later Rockwell International. Jack worked for the company for 34 years and was part of the design and building of several notable aircraft including the A 5 Vigilante. He continued his career with the Condor Missile, became project manager of the GBU 15, and proceeded with work on the AGM 130. Jack devoted his professional life to the protection of the United States of America through air and space.
