James B. Busey V was chief engineer of unmanned aerial vehicle testing at the Naval Air Test Center, naval Air Station, Patuxent River, Maryland. He is a graduate of test pilot school and is a certified test engineer. He has program management experience at the Naval Air Systems Command and has been involved in the testing of many rotary wing aircraft including the V-22 aircraft. He was a member of the National Transportation Safety Board and assisted at Ground Zero in 2001. His career has always had him involved in the hands-on testing of Naval and other service aircraft.
