    Jim Misner started his career in aircraft in 1932 working for Northrop Aircraft until Douglas got a contract for two aircraft and Northrop loaned many of his people to Don Douglass. During his career in the aircraft industry he worked for Northrop, Douglas, and North American as an aircraft engineer. Was standards engineer for Hughes, was head of Field Service for Convair during World War II, Andes Electronics became the cutting edge for aircraft was Vice President –General Manager for West Cap. Worked as Administrative engineer for escape pod technology. Was a natural for the Space Program –worked with Chrysler Corp. Missile and Space Divisions for design, manufacture and launch of Saturn Rockets. Ended his career as Launch Support Engineer for the Apollo Moon Shots at the Cape.
