    Mr. I’Anson flew with his father as a small boy in a “Jenny”. He soloed at age of 16 years. Enlisted in Army Air Force and completed training at Randolph Field, and became a flight instructor at Garner Field, Uvalde, TX in 1943 instructing cadets in PT-19A aircraft. His overseas records Air-Sea Rescue in Pacific in PBYs. He flew B-17s, Hellcats, and AT-6s in Confederate Air Force in later years. Was Retro officer in Mission Control at NASA on Apollo Missions for first six Apollo missions. Worked on Man Maneuvering Unit.
