Served in WWII in the Pacific in the Army Air Force as a Master Sgt. After his discharge, his career was that of aircraft mechanic, working for Pan American and, for over twenty-five years, for U.S. Customs.
He retired in January, 2000 and died in July, 2000. He held a private pilot’s license for a number of years.
