Worked on Army's First Instrument Landing System using Scanning Beam. FAA Technical Center, 1985-87. Headed up FAA's Micr0owave Landing System Area Navigation Program 1990-99. Implemented FAA Grants Offices and held first FAA and NASA Conference at NASM on January 1999.
