James H. Fraser worked for 35 years for The Boeing Company on programs ranging from the 737, 747, 757 commercial airplanes, as well as E3A, B-47, and B-52 military aircraft. He was honored in 1979 by the Boeing Military Airplane Company as Employee of the Year for his outstanding performance on the B-52 Aircraft Systems Program.
He always demonstrated an exceptional ability through everyday performance to resolve challenges, and create new design. As stated by A.M.S. Jim was always seen as a technical leader, yet more than that someone you could trust, someone you could rely on, someone worthy of your respect.
