Mr. Cieplak is a pilot and firm supporter of the National Air and Space Museum. He holds a Bachelor and a Masters degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
His career in aviation includes working for NASA and the FAA Federally Funded Research and Development Center (MITRE/CAASD) on projects ranging from traffic alert and collision avoidance, automatic dependent surveillance, and improving general aviation safety.
He is a member of AOPA, AIAA and EAA.
