Mr. James V. Casbarro is a certified Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic. He started his career as an aircraft mechanic and continued to develop professionally reaching his current position of Vice President. He has been responsible for the design and function of maintenance Control organizations, Engineering, and all aspects of planning and scheduling. He has worked in, and been responsible for all aspects of Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering. He has traveled the world in support of his operational responsibilities and has established worldwide vendor relationships.
