    U. S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel Retired (22 years), graduated pilot training Class 75-P 05, Webb Air Force Base, TX and Military Instructor/Evaluator Pilot: RC-135S/U/V/W and KC-135A/E. Flew 215 operational reconnaissance missions in all areas of the world from 1975 to 1990 with 24th, 343rd and 38th Strategic Reconnaissance Squadron (55th Strategic Reconnaissance Wing) and the 376th Strategic Wing. Duties included: Aircraft Commander, Omaha, NE, USAF Squadron Officers School Instructor, Montgomery, AL, Chief of Unit Reconnaissance Division, Okinawa, JAPAN, Operations Center Team Chief, Pentagon, VA. Represented Chief of Staff, Air Force (CSAF) as Duty Officer responding to emergency operations for DESERT STORM, PROVIDE COMFORT (Kurdish relief effort), and airlift for Hurricane Andrew relief operations. Worked with US Army, FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation), and FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) for military response to civilian disasters. Ratings are: Airline Transport Pilot, type rating in 707-720, certified flight instructor, single engine, land. Masters Degree, Public Administration, Auburn University; BS (Biology), East Carolina University
    Director of Operations for National Business Aviation Association, Washington, DC. Recognized by Business and Commercial Aviation Magazine, a McGraw-Hill Publication, "...
