?»?Jeff began flying when he was 14 years old at a small country airstrip. He grew to love aviation and all aspects of flying and feels free and alive when he is soaring in the mountains and amongst the clouds and feels closer to God and the heavens.

He has had many mentors throughout his continued growth in aviation to include Jim Weckman Sr., David Perschau and Joe Dooley to name a few.

He flies airplanes, gliders, balloons, hanggliders, paragliders and his favorite of all, the helicopter. The helicopter became his choice for a career path and led him to fly not only in the US but also in South America, Asia and the Middle East where he contracted with US Transportation Command helping with the fight in Afghanistan.

While growing up he also worked under the tutelage of Jim Weckman Sr. to obtain his A&P license and pursued his IA rating as well.

Jeff owned a helicopter service center in Minnesota while flying his experimental Harmon Rocket airplane and FireFly 7-15 balloon every chance he could get.

Jeff passes his many years and thousands of flight hours of knowledge onto young aviators yearning to fulfill their own dreams of flight.

Jeff continues to explore the vast realm of aviation while losing one of his mentors and best friends, Joe Dooley. Joe passed away on Xmas day 2009, ending his long battle with lung cancer.

Every day that you get to fly is a good day and all days should be cherished to the fullest is his favorite saying.
