Born July 5, 1936 in Opps, PA and lived most of his life in Richmond, VA area where he died on January 6, 1989. Ray served in the 192nd Tactical Fighter Group up until he passed away with cancer. He also held his private pilots license along with Airframe and Powerplant and Inspector Authorization ratings. Ray also owned and flew and maintained general aviation aircraft. He was considered an underachiever but proved otherwise. To God be the Glory!!!
