Mr. Harold Chapel
Dr. Chapel is a 42 year old aerospace engineer who worked for Lockheed Martin Corporation since 1985. Prior to that, he was employed with NASA Ames Research Center for two years.
He received his B.S. and PhD degrees from the University of Colorado and his Masters from Stanford University.
During his engineering career, he has been involved with numerous space shuttle missions and unmanned satellite missions. He most recently was lead engineer on the successful Mars Odyssey mission.
