From 1988 onward, Captain and Chief Warrant Officer, Aviation, U.S. Army Reserve and Delaware Army National Guard. Pilot in Aeromedical and Air Assault units. 1990-1991: Aviation Advisor, First U.S. Army General Staff, Operation Desert Shield/Storm. Aviation Consultant.
