No achievements in aviation – just interest in the aircraft from the late “thirties,” and to keep the memories and sacrifices of our servicemen of World War II. As a 13-year-old he would bicycle to the Albuquerque airport to take photos of “Jackie” Cochran after setting world speed records in a Seversky fighter plane and flying the Boeing B-17, Martin B-12, Douglas B-18, Curtiss P-36, and Douglas A-20 on the way to France.
