    1908 - 1997 Volunteered for the 8th Air Force in 1943. Served two years at Bury St. Edmunds as a Norden Bombsite Technician during the last two years of WWII.
    He had a love of learning and followed the later advances of technology in aviation and into space. He was a regular at Armed Forces Day at Edwards Air Force Base.
