USAF 1971-1973. Aircraft mechanic on the B-52D. Southeast Asia service (18 months): Anderson AFB, Guam; Kadena AB, Okinawa; U-Tapao RTNAF, Thailand.

Was maintenance crew chief of the last B-52 to bomb in Southeast Asia (aircraft # 55-059) in August 1973.

Currently a private pilot and amateur air historian with interest in World War II US Navy and Marine Corps operations.
