I served in the U.S. Air Force from 1966 to 1970. I was stationed at Lockbourne AFB, Ohio, Tan Son Nhut AB and Bien Hoa AB Vietnam and Travis AFB, California during my four years of military service.
I have always been interested in airplanes and the Space Program my entire life.
I have flown in the following planes B-17 super fortress, AT-6 Texan, PT-17 Stearman biplane, and a Ford Trimotor.
I have also attend two launches of the Space Shuttle in Florida.
I am also a member of the Commemorative Air Force and a life member of the Air Mobility Museum at Dover AFB, Delaware, Vietnam Veterans of America, VFW and the Vietnam Veterans Memorial.
I have enjoyed my experiences at both Air and Museums over the years.
