    1931 - U.S. Army Air Corps - earned aircraft mechanic license, aircraft engine license, parachute rigger's license. 1934 - employed by Pan Am Airlines, Brownsville, TX. , as mechanic. 1935 - transferred to Alameda, CA - Chief of Plane Service. 1940 - Went on flight duty, in CA and NY as flight engineer. 1944 - US. Navy Reserve Officer, Lt. j.g. 1945 - American Export Airlines - shop supt. 1947 - Irish Airlines (ground engineer). 1948 - FAA - Inspector, Asst Branch Chief, Branch Chief (Flight Standard Branch). Retired age 60, 1973.
