    Electrical Engineer (Ret), BEE Ohio State University 1954, MBA Univ. of Dallas 1981. US Navy Active Duty: Applied 3 times for flight training at OCS but was rejected due to eye sight. Became a Bombardier/Navigator in AJ-2 Aircraft with Collateral duties as Special Weapons Officer, Bombing System Maintenance Officer. Earned Civil Aviation Private Pilot Certificate while on active duty in Navy Flying Clubs. Started a Navy Flying Club at NAS Whidbey Island Washington after completing a 10 month deployment aboard the Carrier USS Shangri-La as a Bombardier/Navigator in VAH-6 Detachment Alpha in AJ-2 AC. After deployment to WestPac was transferred to Heavy Attack Training Unit at NAS Whidbey Island, Washington and assigned as a Special Weapons Instructor teaching A3D Pilots and Bombardiers.
    Upon release from active duty as a LTJG Joined the Active Naval Air Reserve at NAS Dallas, TX and maintained membership in the NAVY Flying Club at Navy Dallas. Used GI Bill to obtain Commercial Pilot Certificate, Instrument, and Multi-Engine Ratings. Employed 25 years by E-Systems, Inc., Dallas, TX in the design of Satellite payloads and reconnaissance aircraft SIGINT Systems. During the last 10 years at ESY started a Flying Club and served as Commissioner of Flying (30 members and 3 AC)
