Leo Budd II served as an aerospace engineer for the Navy for over 30 years, retiring as an Aviation Warfare Chief (AWC). He also coordinated with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and member countries. He was an advisor on weapons survivability for the Departments of Defense and Homeland Security.
