Leo Denelle, my father, has worked in the airline industry with American Airlines for over thirty years. He began in air freight at Chicago’s O’Hare Airport, and then worked at ticket lift. Leo transferred to Hartford’s ERO twenty three years ago and is now the Reservations Staffing Manager.
