    Leonard is presently employed by Cal Tech at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory as a Software Engineer. His current assignment is with the implementation team for the Keck Interferometer Project which is part of NASA's Origins Program. From 1988 to 1996 he served as a consultant to the U. S. Navy involved with development of several airborne laser radar systems. Before that from 1982 to 1985, at JPL, he was involved with prototype communications equipment research for the Voyager Uranus and Neptune Encounters. Mr. Reder holds a MSEE from USC and a BSEL from Cal Poly.
