Flew 129 combat missions in Vietnam, culminating a flying career mainly in C-130 and EC-121 aircraft. Highlights were Cold War reconnaissance missions over the North Atlantic, paradrop missions in central Europe, and United Nations support missions in the Middle East and Central Africa.
