J attended the New York University College of Engineering. I majored in Aeronautical Engineering. I graduated in June 19 35. I was employed as an Aerospace Engineer by the Federal Aviation Administration from 1940 to 19 70. I was responsible for the airworthiness certification of airplanes and helicopters designed by United States companies. I was assigned as the European Representative in the Paris,
France and Brussels, Belgium offices for 10 years. I
administered the United States Government Airworthiness
Certification Program of European designed airplanes and
Helicopters. Included, was the "Concord", the first
supersonic passenger airplane.
