Mr. Waters has a life-long passion for planes and flying. As the son of a Navy Chief, he was born and spent all of his childhood on various Naval Air Stations across the United States.
After earning his pilot’s wings, Mr. Waters shared his enthusiasm for flying with his sons, Charles and Patrick.
As a Major in the Civil Air Patrol, Mr. Waters has used his skills as a pilot during search and rescue missions as well as helping in the war against drugs.
