?»?Air Force Lt. Col. Charles S. Kemp was stationed in Vietnam at two different air bases during 1971 and 1972. The first was Tan Son Nhut Air Force Base outside of Saigon in the Republic of Vietnam. The second was Udorn; a Royal Thai Air Force Base located in northern Thailand, near Laos' border. Flying reconnaissance during these years, Kemp later became a flight instructor. After retiring from a full career in the military, Kemp continued to work within the field of aviation on a private basis
