    May 1942 - Assigned to Santa Anna, CA for pre flight training.
    July 1942 - Ontario, CA for primary flight training in PT-13s.
    September 1942 - Basic training in BT-13 aircraft
    December 1942 - Douglas, AZ for training in AT-9 and AT-17 aircraft. Graduated February 6, 1943 and commissioned Second Lieutenant.
    Transferred to Victorville Army Air Force Base (CA) flying AT-11s in the Bombardier School.
    February 1944 - Promoted to First Lieutenant.
    March 1944 - Kirtland Army Air Field for 4-engine training (B-24).
    June 1944 - Davis Kirtland Army Air Base, AZ for B-24 crew Training.
    September 1944 - Flew from Topeka, KS to New Hampshire, Gander, New Foundland, Lagens, Azores, Marrakesh, Morrocco, Tunis, Tunisia, Gioia, Italy and Tarretta, home of the 461st Bomb Group, 15th Air Force. Assigned to the 764th BS. Flew 28 combat missions before VE Day. Also served as Executive Officer.
    July 1945 - Walker Air Force Base for B-29 training until the end of the war.
    Assigned to Salina, KS and Barksdale Air Force Base as Commanding Office of the 301st Air Base Group.
    August 1959 - Assigned as FEAF Headquarters Intelligence Office in the Deputy Chief of Staff Office, Tokyo, Japan.
    January 1953 - Assigned to Langley Air Force Base as an Intelligence Officer in the Tactical Air Command.
    May 1957 - Assigned as Chief, Analysis and Reporting Section, 6902nd Special Communications Group, Shiroi Air Base, Japan.
    Assigned to 551st Air Early Warning & Control Wing, Otis Air Force Base, MA flying Super Constellation radar picket planes over the Atlantic Ocean. Also served as Executive Officer of the 960th AEW&C Squadron
    March 1961 - Promoted to Lt. Colonel.
    May 1961 - Assigned to Headquarters, Air Defense Command, Colorado Springs, CO. Served as Deputy Director of Intelligence at ENT Air Force Base.
    September 1964 - Assigned to the 1141st Special Activities Sqadron at Hawkins Barracks, Oberammergau, Germany as the Deputy Chief, NATO Nuclear Weapons School.
    October 1967 - Retired from active duty.

    Among other decorations he was awarded the Air Force Commondation Medal, Air Medal, Distinguished Flying Cross and the Joint Service Commondation Medal.
