Lt Col Frank Paparozzi received a BS from Stevens Institute of technology and an MS from the University of Southern California.
His space background included as a primary manager for the installation of the Air Force anti-satellite weapon system (437) at Johnston Island, Program manager in the Air Force Space Test Program office and advocate at USAF Headquarters in the Pentagon. He retired from the Air Force as a Lt. Col. and became deceased in 2000.
