Lt Col Glenn "Powder" Carlson, USAF (Ret.) served from 1984-2007 as a B-52 Electronic Warfare Officer, Instructor and Evaluator; Engineering and Test Branch Chief and Flight Test officer; Air Command and Staff College Instructor, Research Advisor and Course Director; and Requirements Airborne Electronic Attack Branch Chief at HQ ACC over his 23 year career. He accumulated almost 3,000 flying hours including over 130 combat hours. He served with the 69th BMS, 42nd BMW; 328th CCTS, 93rd OSS, 93rd BMW; 513th ETS, 53rd WG; ACSC; 20th BS, 2nd OSS, 2nd BW; and ACC/A8I.
