    ?»?Retired Lt. Col James M. Bruchas ?€?Bowser?€™ served 20 years in the U.S Air Force and is the biggest hero to his children and grandchildren. He represents the bravest of men and is a true patriot. After serving in Vietnam, he became a flight test program manager and flight instructor. He flew several planes as a command pilot to include: T-37, T-38, C-130, T-39,
    F-5, A-10. He holds numerous awards and decorations including: 5 Air Medals, Distinguished Flying Cross, 2 Meritorious Service Medals, Vietnam Cross of Gallantry, Vietnam Campaign Medal, Expert Marksmanship Ribbon, and Combat Readiness Medal.

    Retired Lt. Col Bruchas love of flying does not stop with his career in the military but now continues in his free time as a FAA commercial pilot enjoying a different outlook and spirit in flying. Giving back to the military, he is the executive director of the USO of Missouri. His commitment to the armed serves is unprecedented in donating his time and talent for military families, retired and active.
