Positions were: Deputy Asst. Dec. of Defense Legislative Affairs, Dep. Asst. Sec. of Def. Military Manpower/Personnel Policy; J-5 at USEUCOM (Plans & Policy); Spec. Asst. to Director, Joint Staff; Military Rep for SACEUR on NATO NPG (Nuclear Planning Group), the group which established nuclear policy.
