    Lieutenant (Mr.) Allen J. Breymaier was born January 2, 1933 in Baltimore, MD. Subsequent to graduation from Towson High School he enlisted in the United States Air Force in September 1952 during the Korean Conflict. Mr. Breymaier volunteered and was accepted for the Aviation Cadet Pilot Training Program. He started his training July 1953 in Class 54Q at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas. Lieutenant Breymaier completed the primary flight training at Marana Air Base. Arizona and his Basic Single Engine Jet training at Williams Air Force Base, Arizona August 31, 1954. Subsequent to receiving his commission as a Second Lieutenant and being awarded his flight wings as a Pilot, Lieutenant Breymaier received his Jet Flight Instructor rating at Craig Air Force Base, Alabama. Lieutenant Breymaier instructed both student officers and cadets in basic single engine flight training for three years at Williams Air Force Base, Arizona and Laughlin Air Force Base, Texas. Upon release from active duty in October 1957 Mr. Breymaier began contributing to space exploration as a Quality Assurance Inspector and Quality Assurance Manager for Martin Marietta Corporation at Cape Canaveral, Florida on the Air Force Titan I, Titan IIICBM Programs; Titan III Space launch Vehicle; NASA Gemini and Apollo programs. Mr. Breymaier was transferred to Denver Division of Martin Marietta Corporation in November 1969. He was Contracts Technical Requirements Specialist for NASA Space Lab and launch team Configuration Manager for Project Viking, a planet Mars Lander. Subsequent to this program Mr. Breymaier was transferred to Los Angeles Air Force Base in May 1979 as a Contract Representative on the Air Force Titan IV Space launch Vehicle Program. Mr. Breymaier made a contribution to aviation and space exploration for 40 years and this contribution is herein honored by inclusion of the name Allen J. Breymaier on The National Aviation and Space Exploration Wall of Honor,
