    Earned Degree of Bachelor of Aeronautical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute on December 23, 1943.
    Accepted position as Engineer with the pursuit wing group of North American Aviation, Inglewood, CA on January 5, 1944.
    Accepted Commission as Ensign in the U.S. Navy on June 5, 1944. Served aboard the Destroyer USS Vogelgesang (DD862) with primary duty the responsibility for the Combat Information Center.
    Following the War, I transferred to the Navy Office of Research and Inventions where my proposal for a supersonic flow simulator was accepted. May 1, 1946 (copy of transfer letter enclosed).
    Accepted position as Engineer with the Aerophysics Lab of North American Aviation September 10, 1946. Invented and received a patent for an internal balance system that made it possible to obtain accurate results when testing models in higher than subsonic wind tunnels. The balance is known as the ‘Miller’ balance in the Industry (copy of patent enclosed).
    Earned Degree of Master of Business Administration from Columbia University on June 15, 1950.
    Earned Private Pilot Certificate on July 16, 1947.
    Accepted positions as Manger – Product Planning with General Electric Company on June 15, 1950. Developed a forecast of position vacancies in the four top levels of management to guide the new management development programs (Twin Brkr. Patent enclosed)
