    Lt. Richard Ross, USAAC

Lt. Richard W. Ross learned to fly and gained his love for flying, while proudly serving in the Unites States Army Air Corps during WWII. During his tenure, he served as an Instrument Flying Instructor- Twin Engine Advanced and as a B-24 Pilot Radar Navigation and as 1st Pilot B-29 Transitional.
After the war, his corporate career led him back to commercial aviation. He maintained a twin-engine commercial license for decades and his love for flying never diminished.
Dad, may you fly in the arms of angels and on the wings of eagles ?€“ forever.
