Robert Miller was a research chemist until his retirement in 1986. He was a loving husband of Charlotte for 60 years. His greatest love was flying. Robert flew 34 combat missions over enemy territory while piloting a B-17 Bomber. His love of country and the men and women he served with was always a topic he spoke of with pride and tears. This will be a fitting tribute to a man who saw his greatest contribution in life as the time he served this great nation.
