Served 28 years WW II, Korea and Vietnam wars. Bailed out in WW II Feb 21, 1945 in the area of Charleroi, Belgium and in the Korean War on Oct 5, 1950 over Karyama, Japan. He received the Distinguished Flying Cross, Bronze Star, Air Medal and many other awards.
