    November 1, 1940: Completed training as Navigation Instructor at Mather Field, CA; commissioned as 2nd Lt and assigned as an instructor at Mather.
    February 5, 1944: Assigned as B-24 Combat Crew Navigator, 866th Bomb Squadron, 494th Bomb Group (H). Completed 40 missions in Philippine Liberation.
    August 1950: Rated Flight Navigator by CAA. Completed 12 Trans-Pacific Flights with Overseas National Airways. Recalled by USAF for Navigation Instructor duty, Korean War.
