    Born July 15, 1918, Sandwich, NH. Enlisted in the USAAC December 8, 1941. Became a cadet April 15, 1942. After graduation in class 4C-C as pilot, was assigned to C-47’s.

    In August, 1943, left for South Pacific, to Australia, then New Guinea, then Philippines. Returned to States and retired from the USAF July 15, 1978.
