    LTC Drumm was a Hump Pilot who flew the Himalayas between India and China in a B-24 as a member of the Flying Tigers in WWII.
    He became a regular Air Force Officer and was in the Korean and Vietnam Wars before he retired in 1970 after 28 years of service.
    He is still flying in the Civil Air Patrol in 2003 at the age of 79.
