Born October 6, 1922 at Missoula, Montana. From age 6 wished to be a pilot to the tune of not thinking of any other endeavor. Became a pilot in U.S. Army Air Corps in June 1944.
Retired as LTC of Infantry in b1972 served in Artillery, Air Corps and Special Forces Infantry.
