Honored by:

First woman engineer in the Air Force. Earned her aeronautical engineering degree from university of Southern California. While in the Air Force, she was also the first woman on orders as a Flight Test Engineer and the first to receive the Senior Missileman and, later, the Master Missileman badges. At the time of her retirement from the Air Force, she was Executive Officer and Deputy for Space Communications Systems for the Space and Missiles Organization. She is an active member of the Society of Women Engineers and an inspirational role model for aerospace engineers and women.
