LtCol B. F. Breighner, III entered the United States Air Force in 1987 at Navigator Training School. He trained on t-37s, t-38s, T-43s. He was stationed in various places within the United States during 19867-1990 including Arizona, California, and Arkansas. LtCol Breighner entered into the Delaware Air National Guard on 1990 with the 142nd air Lift Squadron –C130s. He has served with this unit in the Gulf War; Desert Storm in Iraq War in 2003 and Afghanistan in 2004. Currently, h econtinu8es his service as a Navigator with the 142nd Squadron in New Castle, Delaware, home of the Delaware Air National Guard.
