Designed with advisories by Fr. Hayden of the Georgetown Univ. Observatory, computer simulation model for orbital vehicles and internal technical sensors for National Space Reconnaissance Systems. Designed and directed course, Information Sciences for Intelligence Analysis, at National Defense University, Def. Ind. College, using terminal access to worldwide network.
After retirement (1978) served at TRW as a Senior System Engineer, to develop system support to intelligence analysis utilizing terminal access to computer network.
