Born in Bristol (Bucks County) PA 1923. Graduate of Bowdoin College, University of Omaha, and the USAF institute of Technology.
In WW II combat pilot, European Theater, 50 missions, discharged 1945. Recalled 1952.
A registered Professional Electronic Engineer. Served in avionics capacity in USAFE and SAC. Followed by engineering work in Air Force System programs, the Canadian Armed Forces (through exchange program) and with AFSC inspector General’s Office. Retired to New Hampshire 1976 as Deputy Director of the USAF Joint Surveillance System (JSS) Program Office.
